A production GovCon operations platform I designed and built end to end. It's the clearest proof of the model: judgment about what's worth automating, then the build that actually ships it.
The problem
Turning a government RFQ into a compliant, priced bid package was 20 to 60 minutes of manual work per response: rekeying line items, repricing against vendor sheets, checking clauses, formatting to spec. Slow, repetitive, and easy to get wrong on the one box that matters.
What I built
An end-to-end platform: 42 agents handling intake, parsing, pricing, and compliant package assembly across 700+ routes. The same judgment a seasoned ops lead applies, encoded and running on its own.
